Small envelope journal

I have made another envelope journal using two smaller envelopes. This one is not as fancy as the last one and doesn’t have as many pockets or places for items, but I think it is really sweet. The idea came from a tutorial on YouTube where the lady used two large envelopes and folded them in thirds,a nd I have used that as inspiration.

The paper I used was from a weekly freebie on Facebook – a lovely lady who started sharing a free printable every week at the start of lockdown – here – and some of the pages were beautiful backgrounds. She has also shared various ephemera and other gorgeous items. In addition to that, I also used a few pages from a previous paper range I had that suited the colours.

The little book essentially has 6 pages that fold out. Here is what it looks like:

You can see that there are a few pockets filled with little ephemera items, some tags (without ribbons so it would lie flat), and a few other bits and bobs. This is also going to be a gift for someone special, and I really had a lot of fun making it. I hope the recipient enjoys using as well.

In other news, my Dad had his first covid vaccination today, so that was exciting news. I still can’t register as I am under 60, but they say in a few months I will be able to.

I hope you are all staying safe and warm. Thank you for popping in, I love it when people check out my projects. 🙂

Have a lovely weekend.
