Day 50 – 100 Days of Polymer Clay

Technique: Tool wrap
Win: Yes

Challenge:
• To use bits and pieces of my small left-over colours to make two more tool wraps

Lessons Learned:
• This is my third attempt at this technique, and it’s starting to feel much more natural
• I really enjoy the striped effect — it feels more dynamic and visually interesting than using a flat slab
• The stripes could have been twisted a bit more to add extra movement and flow

Confidence Level: 9/10

Notes:
• A satisfying way to use up leftover clay while still creating something practical and beautiful
• Each attempt feels like a small refinement — less guesswork, more intention
