Here you’ll find travellers at every stage of their creative journey. Some are taking their very first steps into polymer clay, while others have wandered these paths for many years. Wherever you are on your adventure, you are welcome here.
Remember, this is a friendly guild. You are encouraged to ask your fellow adventurers for ideas, advice, encouragement, and inspiration.
And if a prompt truly has you stumped, you may ask the Fairy with the Magic Wand for a re-roll.
Your Monthly Quest
Each month you will receive three challenge options:
Easy Quest
Medium Quest
Challenge Quest
You may choose whichever challenge suits your available time, energy, and confidence level.
The difficulty levels are simply guides. You may find that one month the Challenge Quest feels easy, while another month the Easy Quest doesn’t excite you at all. There are no wrong choices and no required path.
You may complete one challenge, several challenges, or simply choose the one that sparks your imagination.
Earning Gems
As you journey through Clay Quest Club, you will earn Gems.
Gems are collected by the Dragon and added to the Dragon’s Hoard.
You can earn Gems by:
💎 Attending a class
💎 Completing and sharing 3 Monthly Quests
💎 Completing 5 Monthly Quests
💎 Finishing a Quest Map
💎 Referring a new member who purchases at least one month
(Additional opportunities may appear during special events and seasonal adventures.)
Instant Rewards
Every Gem you earn gives you an immediate reward.
Possible rewards include:

Every Gem brings treasure.
Collecting Your Treasure
Some rewards are physical items, such as cutters, embellishments, prizes, and other quest treasures.
If you are unable to attend a class or club get-together during the month, you will need to arrange collection of any monthly cutters, additional elements, rewards, or prizes you have earned.
You are welcome to collect these by appointment, or you may arrange a courier to collect them on your behalf. Any courier costs will be for your own account.
We will happily keep your treasure safe until collection can be arranged.
The Dragon’s Hoard
The Dragon is gathering a magnificent hoard of Gems.
Every Gem earned by any member is added to the community Hoard.
When the Hoard reaches 25 Gems:
The Dragon awakens
One adventurer wins the Grand Prize (a Free Class)
The Hoard is emptied and begins filling again
This means the Grand Prize is guaranteed to be won. The more our community creates, learns, and participates, the faster the Dragon awakens.
Example Journey
👩 Janis completes 3 Monthly Quest → Earns 1 Gem
👩 Janis attends a class → Earns 1 Gem
👩 Janis completes a Quest Map → Earns 3 Gems
💎 Total Gems Earned: 5
✨ Receives rewards for all 5 Gems
🐉 Adds 5 Gems to the Dragon’s Hoard
How the Grand Prize Works
Every Gem added to the Dragon’s Hoard becomes one entry into the Grand Prize draw.
Example:
Sally contributes 8 Gems
Mary contributes 4 Gems
Jane contributes 2 Gems
Anne contributes 6 Gems
Lisa contributes 5 Gems
Total Hoard = 25 Gems
The Dragon awakens.
One Gem is selected at random.
The adventurer who earned that Gem wins the Grand Prize.
What this means:
💎 1 Gem = 1 chance to win
💎 5 Gems = 5 chances to win
💎 10 Gems = 10 chances to win
Adventurers who participate more often will have better odds, but every adventurer has a chance to claim the Dragon’s treasure.
